Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between MyTicketsWorld and any person making a purchase on the website myticketsworld.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Services

MyTicketsWorld offers the sale of tickets for various tourist attractions (museums, guided tours, monuments, etc.). Each ticket is subject to the specific terms of the corresponding attraction, including validity and access rules.

3. Pricing and Payment

Ticket prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is made at the time of order through secure payment methods. No order will be processed until the payment is received and confirmed.

4. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are sent by email to the address provided during the order process. Depending on the type of attraction, tickets may be sent immediately after purchase or at a predetermined date. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

5. Refund Policy

Tickets can be refunded under certain conditions:

• If the tickets have not yet been sent.
• Once the tickets have been sent, no refund will be issued, except for specific conditions tied to the attraction.

All refund requests must be made via email at orders@myticketsworld.com. Processing fees may apply depending on the terms of each attraction.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of tickets for events or activities scheduled for a specific date.

7. Liability

MyTicketsWorld cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Similarly, MyTicketsWorld will not be held liable for events beyond its control, such as force majeure, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
