Non-Refundable Tickets:

Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased unless insurance was added at checkout. Without insurance, we cannot provide any reimbursement for cancellations, regardless of the reason. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Refundable Tickets (with Insurance):

If insurance was selected at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund in the event of force majeure preventing the venue from accommodating you. Additionally, if you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, booking fees will be fully refunded upon presentation of proof, provided we are notified at least 8 hours before the scheduled date and time.
